From a very young age I have been fascinated with houses and people. What an excellent career choice for those of us with both the gift of gab and that lifelong fascination with real estate. I have been working in real estate since early 2015 as a realtor, however before then I continuously browsed houses as a consumer always looking for that perfect home for myself of someone I knew. I have been a home buyer and I have been a home seller. I know that either process can be difficult but I know how to make it a seamless and enjoyable experience.
A little background about myself. I am a native to the northeast Tennessee region and have lived in Kingsport since 2009. I am originally from Greene County where I attended and graduated from North Greene High School. I am an adoring husband of my wife of 18 plus years and have 3 beautiful children. I have worked in a variety of fields in my life but always customer centric. I enjoy that personal interaction that is so lacking in today’s wireless world.
I look forward to making your real estate buying or selling experience an enjoyable one. So sit back, relax and let me do all the work. I look forward to hearing from you soon
As the Principal Broker for Premier Homes & Properties, it is my responsibility to ensure that all customers and clients receive the best possible service that a real estate professional can provide. Whether buying or selling, you can count on me to make certain that all of the intricate details necessary to bring your transaction to closing are addressed in an efficient and professional manner.
My name is Melinda Fleishour, but you can call me Mindy. I am a wife, a mother, sister, daughter and a friend. I’m a small town girl, born and raised in Church Hill, TN. After spending 5 years as an active duty member in the United States Air Force, I felt it was time to move back to my roots. I felt it was important for my daughter, Ava to be raised in a town that is focused on its values and beliefs. This is one of the reasons why I became a licensed Realtor. I want to introduce others to Eastern TNs laid back living, where you can enjoy rolling hills, large open pastures and gorgeous views, rivers and lakes. I believe every family should have a front porch to sit on, a kitchen to brew sweet tea and a house to call home. Allow me the opportunity to help you find or sell your next home in East Tennessee.
