After living in the Florida area most of his life, he moved to the Tri-Cities area in 2005. The natural beauty of the area, genuineness and warmth of the people, and the low cost of living is often taken for granted, but unsurpassed as compared to other parts of the country. His passion is helping families locate their dream home and fall in love with this part of the country the same way that he did 10 years ago.

I have had the privilege of living in East Tennessee my whole life. There is no other place I would rather call home. I was raised in a “fishing family” and learned to fish before I could ride a bike, you can find me often out on the area lakes. The loves of my life are my fur babies Oliver a 12 year old Schnauzer and Patches a 7 year old Yorkie. I stay active in supporting local Humane Societies and animal shelters. After all fur babies need homes too.
After working in our family owned home furnishings business I decided to pursue a career in real estate. As a young girl I tagged along with my grandfather, as he was a Realtor in the Falls Church Va. area, and fell in love with the idea.
I was licensed in 1995 and went on to receive my Real Estate Brokers license, GRI, ABR. and e-certification. I love networking with other real estate professionals across the country.
I have received numerous sales achievement awards, however the ones that I cherish the most are NETAR Humanitarian Award and Tennessee Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award as they reflect the most important part of this business the people and the communities. My clients are the most important part of any transaction and that is the way I will always treat them. The right choices at the right times makes all the difference.
Hello, I am Tara Kochemba, an affiliate broker with Premier Homes and Properties. I moved to the Tri-Cities area in 2013 with my husband, two spunky children and six (yes six!) fur babies, and absolutely fell in love with the area. After all the places we have lived, I feel we really found our home here, so I am passionate about finding you not only a house, but also a home. I would love to assist you in any way possible, whether it be buying, renting, or selling. I look forward to understanding your needs, working hard to achieve the best possible outcome, and being a fierce advocate for you and your family.
Hi, I am Rachel and I have lived most of my life around the Johnson City area. I have a Business Management degree with a minor in Accounting.
I love helping people and that is why I chose a career in Real Estate. I received my Real Estate license in 2004 and have helped many families achieve their dream of home ownership over the years. I am also an experienced Foreclosure listing expert so I can help you in that area as well.
When I am not assisting my clients, I love spending time with my rescue schnauzer Abby. My other hobby is running 5ks when time allows.
I would love to be able to help you achieve your dream of home ownership or selling your home.

After being born and raised in East Tennessee, I served my country as a military wife both overseas and Stateside. During these years while raising a daughter and being away from family I learned first hand the importance of housing for our military personnel and veterans.
Returning home to East Tennessee and obtaining my Real Estate license, I continue to educate myself on all programs and benefits available to our military and veterans. I love working with Veterans and active members of the Military, as well as first time home buyers and seniors. I pride myself in learning as much as I can to ensure that I can make the process of selling or buying a home as easy and stress free for my clients as possible. I strive to give top notch client services and my ultimate goal is to get them to the closing table.
Working as Human Resource Manager and Recruiter for a national communications company; I acquired negotiation skills on many levels. I bring these skills to the table in helping my clients achieve the best possible results during the buying and selling process.
I am a avid U.T. Vols fan and support both men and women’s sports at the university. Team work is an important aspect in both sports and business. Being part of the Hayes-Lovelady team DeAnne (whom I have known since childhood) and I each have our own levels of expertise that compliment each other for the clients that we serve. We both are avid animal lovers and work with the local animal shelters, rescues and Humane Society to find fur-ever homes for those lovable dogs and cats. Everyone needs to be loved and needs a home, even the fur-babies. After all we are the team with a heart!
The right choice at the right time makes all the difference.
Having started Real Estate as a second career in 2005, Donna has a passion for it and just loves what she does. After retiring from a 30 year career in Florida as a retail manager, she realized that retirement was just not for her. Helping people locate to this area so they can enjoy the central location and the 4 seasons makes it all worthwhile.
Donna strives to gain all the knowledge about the business by exceeding all the minimum education requirements set forth by the State and National associations every year as well as becoming certified in many different aspects of her field. Becoming an ASP- Accredited Staging Specialist in 2008, an ABR- Accredited Buyers Representative in 2008, receiving her CRS- Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2009 and now in 2014 her e-Pro designation shows her full-time dedication to her field.
Her rewards and recognitions include NETAR Silver Circle Award in 2009-2013. Having surpassed the 16 hours required by the State to retain an active license she has received the NETAR Education Awards in 2011 and 2013 participating in 45 or more hours of education for that calendar year. From CENTURY 21, she has received Gold Awards in 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2012, and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Award in 2008, 2009, 2011-2013. The Quality Service Award is based on Surveys sent to Clients after a transaction and this is her most coveted achievement. She prides herself in honesty and dedicated service.
I am a native of Northeast Tennessee and I have enjoyed raising a family in the area. I believe technology is a great asset but not a replacement for personal service. I am a local Realtor working in the local market for the past ten years. I appreciate all my former clients and now consider most to be dear friends and valued business associates. I enjoy working with client referral’s and can help you as life brings the many changes to all of us. So whether you’re moving in or moving out I can help. Current member of the Northeast Tennessee Association and National Association of Realtors.
Since 1994 it has been my pleasure to help people achieve “the American Dream”. Buying or selling a home brings both joy and stress and my job is to help you transition through the process. Since beginning work at an early age, I have been working with the public. Meeting new people and becoming friends is the best part!
In today’s changing real estate market, continuing education is a must for professional REALTORS®. Surpassing state requirements for education, I appreciate the knowledge and experience gained through professional affiliations. Networking with other agents across the states allows me to better help you if you are relocating out of this area.
Personally, the greatest part of my life is Mr. Moores, my husband. We married in 1991 and have had the best of times. We love to travel and see different places of this great country. We have driven out West, gone to Alaska and visited many other states. He moved here from Baltimore and we were introduced through a mutual friend. He makes me laugh and is the reason I am in real estate.
